Even matching the lowest would be a life changing gain for us! I can't believe I'm hearing this. Keep your head up and don't let the company tell you otherwise! You are WAY more valuable than they are giving you credit for!
I'm a no vote unless it's AT MINIMUM a match of the average. Like everyone else is saying, we put out way more fires with way less resources. We deserve highest plus 30% in reality.
