I'm a no vote unless it's AT MINIMUM a match of the average. Like everyone else is saying, we put out way more fires with way less resources. We deserve highest plus 30% in reality.
Don’t forget the board has something in their pocket we don’t. They can put a for sale sign in front of corporate HQ in Denver. They aren’t in this to run an airline. They are in it to make money. If they are forced to manage an airline they will sell.
