I think you are correct that it would include crewline if you are giving them your login information. They use dual verificaiton login an they don't want 100s of pilots bypassing the dual verification login and giving access to pilot's information to a third party that could be hacked.
I think what triggered this is we had a successful “cyber attack” over here at AS it was a phishing email that circumvented the external sender and I’m sure some employees took the bait and this triggered something in IT to find how it got around the external sender FLAG/TAG
