Second this!

You already got the chance to bid for it in PBS. Maybe if there are brand new pairings that haven’t been bid on already. FCFS opentime is the most efficient and provides the best QOL for everyone. I don’t want to wait 4 hours to see if my requests are approved.

Yes mainly because on the off chance I need to trade something due to my personal schedule, I don't want to have to play the game of who's finger is faster. I'd rather just wait my turn and get something eventually.

I understand that Premium Ho's who don't mind spending more time logged in might prefer FCFS (especially if junior), so the union would have to weigh the interest in changing the system.

This. All I have to do is enter a drop and wait, or enter a trade and wait. I can even enter a trade or pickup for any trip that matches the parameters and wait, there doesn't even have to be anything in open time at them moment I put the request in.

I do it occasionally when I decide I'd rather not do a particular trip, but there's nothing to trade it with. I put in a blanket trade for anything that matches what I want, and a week or two later, something matching pops up and my trade goes through without me ever having to look at it.

The current system as it is being first come first serve is already fine as it is. As it was pointed out before, seniority already gets your vacation and then your schedule every month. Being able to manipulate it live is a huge plus for everyone. There was already step trading where the senior folks were able to make their perfect schedules, but now with PBS, you can just do it straight off the bat. The simplest solution is putting in some sort of captcha before you hit submit to at least get rid of the script kiddies bots.

Why not just use trade with handshake?
