Default FLICA Bots, again... but for real this time

I've always known pilots were using bots on FLICA based on seeing timestamps via crewtrac (yes I have access to that). Since I've seen a crazy uptick in impossibly fast swaps and adds in the past 3 weeks, I now know why. It appears this software is new-ish and I can't believe this actually exists so publically. I know some of you here will be in the school of "If you can't beat em, join em", but I couldn't bring myself to screwing my colleagues like this. It's the same 5 pilots in my base despite the alerts having been proven to be significantly delayed. If you can pick up a trip so fast even when you're on duty, then something gives.

If they are picking up trips while on duty (even if it is a bot doing the actual work), they need to be reported to management as this is a safety of flight issue—please utilize the safety reporting system as well.

What people do to obtain a trip when they are off duty is their business—once on-duty, it becomes a safety of flight issue.

Just remember, if this thing picks up a trip while you are flying its your job on the line.

It would be nice if we could just do this within flica and have it be seniority based.

oh yea I see it to, especially when they get the trip and post it to the trade board within minutes when they were already on VDA list.

Couldn't agree more, but it's comical to think this would ever actually be investigated. I could see pilots saying it was picked up during a lav break, or their spouse picked it up for them. CAE is a third party company so I'm not even sure JetBlue has a written policy against that. Plus, JetBlue can't really enforce another company's use policy, can they?

It 100% has been investigated, and at least one pilot lost thier job due to flica use while flying. I think it may be more, but I know for a fact of one.

Why cant FLICA have a CapTCha or some form of required interaction to prove it is not a BOT , Union needs to be proactive on this !
