This ☝🏼. Our AS system is antiquated (like line bidding was) and it has been gamed to the point where the same group of peeps are crediting north of 140hrs every month. I’m just asking for a level playing field. Maybe one with more transparency too.
I’m a fan of NK’s hybrid X/Y system. There’s a reason EVERY other airline has moved away from pure FCFS, maybe we should ask why?

With that being said, yes I agree it should be an even playing field. But many have to realize, some are just faster than others.

Check the reserve list every once in a while, the last week of a month. And you’ll see guys routinely on 25.X, VSA and POF, and you’ll also see their credit. I was out gunned by one guy all last week 🤣 Every juicy low-block soft time two-day, every 9hr+ turn with a DH, and every premium trip was snagged by the same guy. I must not hit refresh fast enough lol.

Even with transparency, there will still be people in denial that they're slow and thinking it has to be bots beating them. But I agree, wouldn't mind more transparency.

If your friend wants to pick up trips efficiently, they should consider setting up alerts or improving manual refresh timing.
