Email your CP and ask. I would not want to be the emplyee who's login information was somehow used to hack into the company and cause problems. If someone hacked in and messed with the scheduling system and caused some cancellations might lead to termination if you gave them your password. Have to decide for yourself if the convience is worth the risk if knowingly violating company policy.
