At a minimum the union should have enough for all pilots attending ground school so that if management comes in they see 100% of the pilots with the Strike lanyard on. We could even just have a small number of them just for the day at the school house.
Well that’s assuming someone from management that’s not a pilot comes to ground school. For the last two years no one from management that isn’t a pilot has come to talk to us. We aren’t really high on there priority list.
