Both are true. Common sense applies. March in MSP? Guess what? I'm wearing the jacket, and so too are 95% of the pilots walking in the terminal, even though they don't "have to." June in ATL or MCO (or anywhere else)? Anyone wearing the jacket is someone I'm leery of. Probably wears the hat on the employee bus as well.
