I think I found my answer. (Please, someone correct me if I'm wrong.) If flying under part 91, you can fly pax single pilot. You can log SIC time if all of the endorsments I listed in my previous post are attained. If under 135, you have to have an SIC to fly under IFR. So as far as endorsments go with 135, I'm not sure.
