yup. I believe a judge ruled IP addresses could be used for tracking individuals to figure out who was posting what? That’s what we were told at the time but never really looked into the extent or if that was done or not.
Union leaders were named and sued as individuals, and AFAIR so were a few vocal pro-strike type actions (without approval) pilots. People were subpoena'd. There was a
gravytrain.com or something like that website that published the names of pilots that were doing premium. I am all for pushing as hard as legally allowed, but don't think you can beat the company and their lawyers if you don't follow the advise of your union.
