Union leaders were named and sued as individuals, and AFAIR so were a few vocal pro-strike type actions (without approval) pilots. People were subpoena'd. There was a gravytrain.com or something like that website that published the names of pilots that were doing premium. I am all for pushing as hard as legally allowed, but don't think you can beat the company and their lawyers if you don't follow the advise of your union.
