Ask the pilots at United how they know.
The Union asking the pilots to "Fly the Contract" now has legal precedence and a court will rule in favor of the company every time.
This illegal job action hurt the United pilots horribly. That is why they were ultimately rewarded with such a bad contract and have such a horrible contract now.
