As already been stated, you can't really drop to zero until you get pretty senior and can hold trips that everyone else wants. There is not any rules here that state you have to fly XX amount per month. With that being said, don't expect to be able to clear your schedule with any regularity.

On the plus side though, we have some of the best schedule flexibility in the industry. Even junior pilots that are 90% in base, as long as they are not on reserve, have incredibly flexibility to rearrange their schedule.

Standard line is around 13 days a month. Pretty easy to get that down to 11 or 12 days a month with some creative trades. Reserve is typically 15 days a month, less flexibility for now, more flexibility coming later this year.
