When I bid WB B, I entered the category at 90%. Three years laters I was 95%. When I bid my current seat I barely got in at 75%, but a year laters I was around 30%. It's alll a crapshoot, but I guess I can see the appeal of an quick/easy method to dream, especially if it's a nominal fee.
There's a really intuitive look as to WHY your seniority is fluctuating wildly in these circumstances. He shows who is coming and going from your category, their seniority relative to you...etc etc. It's good stuff, but again nothing anyone with excel couldn't do for themselves. Either way, I find to be well worth the money.
