Why excess off the Boeing to WBs just to have an ensuing WB excess that pushes others back to the Boeing? You may be right. By the time they get to the end of this training letter, the 777 bid will be due.
But I wouldn't be surprised at an excess bid between June 5th and then just to give the company the option of moving folks down if the 777 is delayed or the economy provides more downward surprises.
