in the meantime what has worked for me is:
- 10 minute wind down yoga on yourube
- crossword puzzle book
- praying rosary
- listening to a dull podcast (sleep with me) or any Joe Rogan podcasts because they are long and usually will find someone I’m not that interested in
those seem to work. Avoid phone before bed and get in bed early. Yes you can function on a couple hours sleep if you have to. Once you get going and the sun is up your body will kick into gear. And you’ll sleep like a baby the next night.
