With the pay issue aside, consider the amount of risk you take on with doing 135 small freight. A lot of the rumors are true about it, it’s like the Wild West compared to the 121 world. If your goal is 121, I’d consider doing CFI work until you hit the required minimums for regionals. Maybe look into some other jobs for 135 flying if you have any good leads with pilots at places. But I’d avoid CASW. I’ve heard negative things about a lot of those small operators especially the ones that do UPS bottom feed. The FedEx feeders are a little bit better I’ve heard, in terms of not pilot pushing.
