Not everyone gets commercials since the company is obsessed with deadheading everyone on company metal. Worst case example is a 14 hour duty day deadhead home from Honolulu in a 767 cockpit jumpseat. Absolutely horrible. No legacy airline makes their pilots deadhead in the cockpit..ever. period. And you can buy as many confirmed tickets as you like for you and your family at a discount or obviously fly space available for free as much as you'd like.
