Not everyone gets commercials since the company is obsessed with deadheading everyone on company metal. Worst case example is a 14 hour duty day deadhead home from Honolulu in a 767 cockpit jumpseat. And you can buy as many confirmed tickets as you like for you and your family at a discount or obviously fly space available for free as much as you'd like. And then there are the big international commercials that the senior folks can consistently hold that the company likes to take away at the last minute with no penalty whatsoever. Enjoy your 48 hour trip home on company metal and then figure out a way home if you are a commuter. Maybe if you're lucky you can enjoy the crab sandwichs from HNL catering.
So many things are broken here.
