I've been to and trained at all three legacy facilities. Yep, much larger footprint, but technology wise until very recently only United competed. Facility wise, the Republic campus beats all three legacy carriers in technology adoption and layout and amenities planning. Last I checked, none of them had their own crew hotel attached to the traning center by skybridge. Lounges everywhere with coffee, water, espresso everywhere. No paper tigers anywhere. Computer FMS labs, about 9 or 10 flat panel FTD's, and 10 sim bays. Last I checked only AA and Republic had crew outfitters stores right at their training center... Delta has one a few blocks away. As regionals go, adjusted for size, the Republic campus is the nicest I've seen. Full disclosure, I haven't seen the new Utah facility.
