That hiring table from November has already proved to be wrong.
I just checked it and it did not show an April 1st 2025 class (which we had) and only showed 3 total for April and we already have had 4 new hire classes, including 53 pilots in yesterday's class.
Also it showed 151 new hires in April on the chart, but we already have 180 new hires this month.
The most recent vacancy bid had 519 unfilled FO positions. That hiring matrix showed us only hiring 194 pilots between May and December 1st, which means we are going to be well behind filling those training slots. and its not including future vacancy bid we will certainly need to replace retiring pilots and the new plane deliveries.
