The one about NY was particularly ridiculous. They basically said they already won against a flight attendant, so however many thousands of pilots have to abide by that decision. Also, the many other cases around the country that found the opposite don't have any bearing in...checks notes...federal court. ALPA needs to address this in our second largest base.
