That’s my point man, PDT recruiting/ “leadership” thinks they can be overly selective with hiring FO’s. Meanwhile, line operations literally melt down when a thunderstorm passes through CLT or PHL and there’s zero reserves. CP’s are sending out critical pay notices for FO’s on the daily. The industry has definitely shifted towards more experience, I just disagree that PDT is in any position to be more restrictive, and people should invest $10k to work here versus another regional. PDT is just being cheap.
