Simply, he is not a good person at all. He has no integrity, nor is he a leader or someone who is trying to help the pilot group.
He has a long history of pilot pushing. Proceed with caution if you ever have to deal with him, and keep records of emails and phone calls, you'll need all the ammo you can get when he tries to F you over, he's not your friend.
The complete lack of integrity. It spares him the inconvenience of pilots calling him for assistance. If any PDT pilots ever question where the missing puzzle piece in the PHL crew room might be, I would wager that it's in his desk drawer.
