Granted, this is an incomplete picture, but I suspect the company would love to contractually tie our raises to the Non Cons, who consistently get somewhere between 0-5% tops.
Non-con match beyond amendable date was my thought. We have a perpetual contract just not perpetual raises or COLAs. The non-cons did get 4% this year I misremembered from the late April deltanet article.
