MM is the poster child for being greedy with OT. Our union leader is setting the example. As long as MM is picking up trips on top of his 82.5 union buy off so he can pad his hours, then nobody else at F9 should be chastised for following his example.
Your boys have alot of really bad ideas imo. The company is losing money so let’s reduce the pressure/increase workload and remove a negotiator? Oh and have an even number of them. What’s next their losing money so we should cut a break on our ask?
next let’s put an arbitrary cap on no pilots in the company except those involved in negotiations with the threat of recall for disagreements hanging over peoples heads. I’m sure that’s going to attract quality individuals. All this right in the middle of mediation. Real good timing.
I should have really highlighted the company is losing money so let’s cut them a break part. Management now knows they have sympathetic members to a crying poor strategy they can now play at any time. These guys have done alot of damage already.
