Why don’t they leave the column and make it say closed when they’re finally done looking at it? Don’t we deserve to know when they’re final version of our pay is done? That way we know if it’s right or not. The way it is now. Wait a week after done flying rotation to see if the pay is calculated the way you expect it to be. After a week, they may or may not be done looking at it. Submit assist case to company if you think it’s wrong. There’s a 63 percent chance assist will give you a wrong answer. Then fill out STS with union and wait. By the way, the company still might go back months and check it again to find out you were overpaid, then dock your future paychecks without telling you when and how you were overpaid.
How can they tell us anything with a straight face? It’s almost unbelievable how messed up our system is. Then you have to look at paycheck, pay statement, timecard, and PAS to try and piece it all together:
