You should probably pay attention to the shuffling and re-org here, we've got some not so pilot friendly people back in the chairs again. I was sad to see BS move over to CSSC. I'm hoping they are broadening him to eventually take over from JL.
I haven't seen a truly pilot-friendly group of FLOPS management since I was hired. Yes there have been good individuals in certain positions over time, but the overwhelming corporate mentality towards pilots is one of disdain and antagonism. Who holds what spot and reports to what person is irrelevant. If more bad people are in then that just reinforces the negative trendline as we head towards section 6. The more they keep P'ing off the pilots then fewer and fewer will be willing to go above and beyond the PWA to support the operation, and the more resolve we'll have overall as a group to stand strong.
