Just to make myself clear, it is always going to suck, the suck will just be a slightly lower level intensity. I don't embrace the suck, I am just completely unaffected by it. With that said, I have pride in my role and I always put forth an effort to make the passenger experience quite lovely, given the massive constraints and zero support we receive out on the line.
