Currently we as a pilot group are not applying any discernable pressure on the Company. Until that changes we can expect stall tactics until the end of time.
It’s clear that what we’re doing isn’t working. Frontier pilots have been paid significantly less than our peers for the past three years. Delta is already preparing to negotiate their 2026 contract.
As our latest union update stated:
“We are now twenty-three months into bargaining, we have not reached agreement on a single substantive issue, and the company still takes the position that they are unable to TA anything that will result in increased costs.”
Two years of talks, and not one tentative agreement to show for it. That should concern all of us.
We’ve now received 49 negotiation updates and we haven’t moved forward an inch. Not one meaningful win. At some point, we have to ask: where is the leadership?
We need bold, visible, and unified action.
