Nope. Not our dog, not our problem to solve. There are plenty of tools we've given them they can use to help but they refuse to use them. You can't control mother nature, but you can control reliability of your phone lines and computer systems. This is at least the third time this year the phones to OCC have gone kaput (2 were not even related to IROP - they just "happened"). It's not our job to fix their problems.
