Pretty much same story. Depends on what seat and base too but in general great job if you live in base, you fly with nice folks. Up to 20 days off for line holders, around 80 to 90 hours credit(depends). If you commute, obviously not so great. They are trying to improve some reserve rules to give you some options but you’re commuting at a mostly day trip airline. 401k is embarrassing, even Frontier has DC and they have lower pay rates than we do. The airline is definitely established now with repeat passengers that love the product but we’re definitely not there yet.. still pretty small for now. Also we still have many more planes coming next couple of years but it seems like movement has definitely slowed down so expect to be reserve right seat longer than it has been in the past.
