They are trying to improve some reserve rules to give you some options but you’re commuting at a mostly day trip airline. 401k is embarrassing, even Frontier has DC and they have lower pay rates than we do. The airline is definitely established now with repeat passengers that love the product but we’re definitely not there yet.. still pretty small for now. Also we still have many more planes coming next couple of years but it seems like movement has definitely slowed down so expect to be reserve right seat longer than it has been in the past.
All ^ that said, why the heck would anyone with a long career (20+ years left) stay at Breeze? You’re missing out on a ton of 401k money and work rules and pay ect instead of applying to one of the big 3. Sure living in base ect. To each his own, but breeze really should be nothing more than a stepping stone unless you are 55-60+ and calling it a day.
