To each his own, but breeze really should be nothing more than a stepping stone unless you are 55-60+ and calling it a day.
I really enjoyed my time there , again I dont come here to blast the place...but just educate those who are considering this place! ....if you have between 10-15 years left in this career , Breeze is not a bad option IF YOU LIVE IN BASE. If you have 30+ years left in your career , for the love of God go to a legacy , get paid a proper 401k in which you and you family can live comfortably off..... there is is absolute day and night difference between a proper airline and Breeze in terms of pay , quality of life , contract , career progression, earnings , day and night.
