Does it matter if you didn’t see until after the fact and so didn’t try to call and get it fixed as it happened? Not that it was possible to reach CS at that time anyways.
You HAVE to call in to CS after each missed trip in order to get paid for a subsequent trip, assuming they don't fix the problem. If you didn't notice the issue until later, you will only get paid for the value of the highest pay trip missed.
