Even if you’re senior and “young” it does not make sense long term. Best case scenario would be one of the big boys buys breeze and you gain seniority through a merger. That’s a long shot and definitely not something anyone should bank their career on. I wouldn’t miss the boat of going to a legacy now before you look back 20 years knowing you made a mistake by drinking the “seriously nice” kool-aid.
Almost Every young person I have flown with is waiting till hiring kicks back up and is planning to leave. Unless they come out with a proper 401k, it will be sad to see these good folks leave. Exception maybe Sunny Warm Weather Based People. Hiring everywhere is just at a stop.
