Simply, he is not a good person at all. He has no integrity, nor is he a leader or someone who is trying to help the pilot group.
He has a long history of pilot pushing. Proceed with caution if you ever have to deal with him, and keep records of emails and phone calls, you'll need all the ammo you can get when he tries to F you over, he's not your friend.
I happen to disagree. There is not one thing I have requested that person you are referring to that I have not received an honest response. I guess different experiences. From my side all positive feedback.
