Almost Every young person I have flown with is waiting till hiring kicks back up and is planning to leave. Unless they come out with a proper 401k, it will be sad to see these good folks leave. Exception maybe Sunny Warm Weather Based People. Hiring everywhere is just at a stop.
Yea we have some good younger or less senior pilots that love it here and get what we’re trying to do. It will be sad to see them go. Better retirement will certainly make them think twice if a legacy calls.
