It was weird because they didn't give me SC on my first day of LC (although they eventually did during the normal prior-day assignments), even though my YS included the first day of LC as well.
In other words, my YS spanned several LC days, but I was awarded SC on my 2nd day of LC many days prior to getting SC on my 1st day of LC. This may be because the published SC open time is typically for 2-day bucket, and that's what the early award was for.
As for 2-hour non-contactable, I'm still getting the notes correctly, and was able to apply it to all assigned SC's at the same time.
I never ever put in a SC bid for anything other than the next day. There’s too much randomness still with awarding further out SC and it’s generally better to tactically see where you stand for the next day to pick the most advantageous SC time (assuming you’ve got some seniority to work with).
