Once the MCD opens, there’s a 8? minute timer that begins. That gives you time to update landings, takeoff power, Cat 3 or RNAV logs. When the timer ends, the data is sent.
That’s what I’ve been told before, but it can’t be that. This was during a turn and I watched the ACARS times blank before I even started loading the next flight.
