I did read your post. Regarding that post, I believe the tone of it is "this is what the company thinks" and not "this is how it should work."
The first part is how the company views assigning reports that are in the NC window. The second part is more just how scheduling is messing up other parts of the process. They’ve threatened people with CPO involvement for not being immediately available after then schedule check but I’ve not heard of anyone actually getting in trouble.
