I mean it does the first time you do it....that is one of the ways to get out of the NC'able status...if nothing on your schedule, then you immediately go into the normal'ish, not defined for a reason, two hour-ish, but could be longer due to traffic, SC response time.

As a little nugget of info to all. in the FA's work rules document, when they are on A days (their version of SC) they have a clearly spelled out 2 hour report time except for NYC, where it's 3.

So if the company is good with a FA taking up to 3 hours to get to the airport, then maybe 3'ish is acceptable for pilots too.....just saying.
