Yes, aircraft are available, However, UPS wants to buy at 25% less than the bottom dollar. If UPS were offered planes for free, maybe they would take the deal if you offered to pay for the maintenance for a year <g>
The rest of it, Who knows. They don't until they have arrived. I'm biased to 3 man/person crews. More pilot jobs for everyone.
