Exactly this. I think someone will get paid for 23 M 7, but I'm not confident it will be the right person. The company doesn't care and is lazy. It'll be up to the union to figure it out......hopefully.......
My observation is that the company is still not paying 23M7 unless someone catches them on that particular trip. If no one calls them, they would never pay a single 23M7.
