I understand your side, but on the flipside, skipping GS and going to IA isn't how our PWA is supposed to award seniority either. Chicken or egg. They have the ability to avoid this, they just won't do it because they want something from us. In the mean time, it may be painful for some, myself included. I dont get M7 and rarely has an IA made up to me or it goes senior because I'm slow on the call. It is what it is and I'd rather have this, than cave again. I'm truly not trying to be obstinate, I just don't agree that change is needed from us because the company won't follow the contract.
