Again, hours of head start isn’t accurate. I’ve lost many IAs that I’ve immediately called for to people way senior to me. But there does need to be a process (which is currently just a free for all), because there is no honoring of seniority in the IA process.
I got several IA calls during the last meltdown that were 6 hours after the time stamp in the recording and the trips weren't even on the current page of coverage. I got one recently overnight that was 30 minutes after the phone call's time stamp
