A junior manned assignment is typically a bad thing. In the past it meant pilots being forced to work on their days. Now it's a proffer and first to call back gets it for 200% pay. Not what an inverse assignment was intended to be.
Right. I just don't understand any statement that would suggest that we should be in favor of restoring the "worse for pilots" aspect. Other than for preventing seniority abrogation, but even then the pilot group as a whole must benefit.
