Not forced into a line and did get reserve but I tried to slide my vacation forward and it didn’t work because of all the coverage awards.
We really need to tighten up Coverage on the next contract. The number of times I see Coverage days that are well over blue for the first PCS run is aggravating. Why jack up my schedule for an over staffed day?
