Same in our category. There are 5 day SS which are very hard to make room for, and someone would need 30 hours of pickup available. Difficult to make happen with low staffing.
I would argue that the super senior who grab 98% of the SS are senior (and experienced) enough to drop their entire schedule on the swap board, or through bad coverage/worse coverage SWP. It’s really not that hard.
I said it last week, but I saw one ‘area code’ in my category pick up 13 days of SS in 1 run. That’s total BS.
SS desperately need a leveling mechanism. AND they need to be made available to Reserve.
