You're right, Delta has a program to help alcoholics recover. They don't have a program for people who commit fraud.
My point is why do
you care what they are doing? You their boss? CP in disguise? Why do you care if they commit fraud? Mind your business and let them live their life the way they see fit to their benefit or detriment.
